1. Disclosure of personal data under the law on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree no. 196 June 30th 2003).

As required by article 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, PRODES, with Headquarters, via Selvanesco 75, 20137 Milan, in the person of its representative, holder of the data processing, informs you as follows.

Legislative Decree n. 196, 30th June 2003, entitled "Code concerning the protection of personal data" regulates the rules for the collection, processing, storage and any communication and / or dissemination of personal data, specifying the rights and obligations of stakeholders. 7. Data Processing duration

The processing of personal data will last no longer than the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of data collection. The processing will last until the user decides to delete the entries, by giving notice to the Holder.

Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 grants the exercise of specific rights, listed below:

a. The user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning himself, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form;

b. User has the right to obtain information:

c. The user has the right to obtain:

8 removing, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that need not to be kept for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;

9 certification that the operations set out in points 1 and 2 have been made known, also regarding the content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement is impossible or It involves the use of disproportionate means with respect to the protected right.

d. The user has the right to object in whole or in part:

Once the information above has been read by the user and he /she enters the data, he/she expressly and fully accepts the processing of data by PRODES, for the achievement of the required services and the performance of any activity both technical and administrative related to the service itself.
