1. Disclosure of personal data under the law on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree no. 196 June 30th 2003).

As required by article 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, PRODES, with Headquarters, via Selvanesco 75, 20137 Milan, in the person of its representative, holder of the data processing, informs you as follows.

Legislative Decree n. 196, 30th June 2003, entitled "Code concerning the protection of personal data" regulates the rules for the collection, processing, storage and any communication and / or dissemination of personal data, specifying the rights and obligations of stakeholders. The processing of personal data by the Holder complies with the regulations in force.


2. 2. Type of users of www.

In terms of Website use and its communications and publications (newsletters, email, fax, etc.) there are two types of users: a) artists who publish their products; b) users interested in viewing the products and eventually buy them. Users can purchase items only after having registered. Other users, whoever they are, can access anonymously to the public part of the portal.


3. Purpose of Data Processing

Data are collected by the Holder in order to allow the storage and management of artists’ products; to manage administrative and commercial relations with the Holder, to fulfill contractual obligations; to enhance contacts with potential customers; forwarding commercial information, promotion and marketing related to products and services provided by PRODES and / or its advertising and / or commercial partners.


4. Data collection

User’s personal information will be stored on our servers located in the European Union.


Type of data and subsequent refusal to provide the service

User’s data handled on the Website do not have a sensitive nature that is to say they do not relate to religious, sexual, racial, political, health information about users. Data processing concerns the only identifying information of users in order to carry out the activities of the Website. The denial to provide consent to the processing of data will make impossible to provide users with the requested service.


6. Methods of Data Processing

The Holder handles data in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring full compliance with law, contracts and regulation rules. Recording and processing of data take place on paper, computer and telecommunication, with reasons strictly related to the purposes mentioned above and to ensure data security. The Holder handles personal data and processes them into database (customers, suppliers, administration, announcements etc.) both directly or through the work of third parties, employees, consultants and suppliers of related areas of activity, which will act as managers or appointed. PRODES reserves the right to communicate user’s personal data to other group companies, external service providers, contractors, designers, producing companies, in accordance with the purposes and methods of data processing provided for by law.

User’s personal information may be disclosed and used for the above mentioned purposes to entities that will act as managers, agents or indipendent holders


7. Data Processing duration

The processing of personal data will last no longer than the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of data collection. The processing will last until the user decides to delete the entries, by giving notice to the Holder.


8. User’s rights

Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 grants the exercise of specific rights, listed below:

a. The user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning himself, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form;

b. User has the right to obtain information:

2 on personal data origin;

3 on processing purposes and methods;

4 on the method used in case of processing with the help of electronic means;

5 on the identity of the data holder;

6 on third parties to whom the data may be disclosed;

c. The user has the right to obtain:

7 updating, correction or adding of data;

8 removing, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that need not to be kept for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;

9 certification that the operations set out in points 1 and 2 have been made known, also regarding the content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement is impossible or It involves the use of disproportionate means with respect to the protected right.

d. The user has the right to object in whole or in part:

10 for legitimate reasons in terms of the processing of personal data, pertinent to the purpose of collection;

11 to the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct sales or of carrying out market research or commercial communication.


9. Data processing Holder

Data processing holder is PRODES. Users can contact the Holder at any time, by forwarding requests to the following address: PRODES, via Selvanesco, 75 20142 Milano Email: in order to: know the updated list of the person in charge and of those entitled to access to personal data; clarify the actions which the data will be used for; exercise the rights under Art. 7 Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. This policy does not exclude that other information can be given orally to the user at the time that a different data collection takes place.


10. Consent

Once the information above has been read by the user and he /she enters the data, he/she expressly and fully accepts the processing of data by PRODES, for the achievement of the required services and the performance of any activity both technical and administrative related to the service itself.

When users communicate their personal information for the purposes of using our service, they agree to the transfer and retention of personal data on our servers; and also agrees to data transfer to any third party interested in the Products.
